If for whatever reason, the product or products you have ordered are not convenient to you, you have a period of 7 working days after the day of receipt to inform us by email and return the product(s) to us by registered mail. The product has to be returned in its original packing, being opened or unopened, with all of its contents and in good condition. After receipt of your return, the product will be exchanged or you will be credited for the full purchase amount in your option, with the exception of the shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
